Deine Aufgaben

Content Creation:
  • On-Camera Presence: Du bist mit unseren anderen Content Creator*innen das Gesicht unserer (oder der Kunden-) Kanäle. Dabei moderierst Du Reels und TikToks
  • Storytelling: Du entwickelst Skripte und Hooks, die in den ersten 3 Sekunden catchen
  • Trend-Adaption: Du erkennst virale Formate & Trends und setzt sie schnell und authentisch für uns um

Projektmanagement:
  • Produktions-Orga: Du planst die Content-Drehs (Locations, Outfits, Requisiten) und behältst die Timeline im Auge
  • Redaktionsplanung: Du pflegst den Content-Kalender und stellst sicher, dass alles rechtzeitig fertig wird
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du achtest darauf, dass Branding-Vorgaben eingehalten werden und die Captions fehlerfrei sind

Dein Profil

  • Keine Kamerascheu: Du fühlst dich vor der Kamera wohl, hast eine positive Ausstrahlung und eine klare Aussprache
  • Editing: Du hast schon erste Erfahrungen mit Editingprogrammen und weißt, wie man Videos für Social Media dynamisch editiert
  • Struktur-Ass: Du bist kreativ, arbeitest aber trotzdem organisiert und zuverlässig
  • Sprachgefühl: Du kannst Texte so formulieren, dass sie "gesprochen" gut klingen und als Caption funktionieren
